Founders Society Collections
Founders Society launches are limited Chronicle collections produced in small batches and dispatched in stages across the season.
Although items may be delivered over several months, the purchase secures one complete seasonal collection at the time of order.
Cooling off period
In accordance with UK consumer regulations, you may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, provided that no items from the collection have yet been dispatched.
If cancelled within this period before dispatch begins, a full refund will be issued.
After dispatch
Once the first dispatch has been sent, fulfilment of the collection has begun.
If you cancel within your 14 day cooling off period after receiving items, any items already received must be returned unused and in their original condition.
Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
If returned items are opened, used, damaged, incomplete, or not returned, the retail value of those items may be deducted from any refund issued.
After the cancellation period
Once the 14 day cooling off period has passed, the collection is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for return or refund.
Founder Curios
Founder readers receive special Chronicle Curio keepsakes included with the first dispatch as part of the launch celebration.
These items form part of the total value of the Season One collection.
If an order is cancelled after they have been dispatched, the items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
If they are not returned, their retail value may be deducted from any refund issued.
Due to the collectible nature of these items, opened or used curios cannot be accepted for return.
Subscription Products
Subscription products are delivered as individual Chronicle issues over time.
Once an issue has been dispatched it is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for refund or return.
If you cancel your subscription partway through your journey, a pro rata refund will be issued for any issues that have not yet been dispatched.
Shipping charges applied to dispatched items are non refundable once incurred.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include photographs where possible.
We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate, subject to availability.
Due to the limited production nature of Chronicle dispatches, identical replacements may not always be available. In such cases, a refund or suitable alternative may be offered.
